Relocating to Northern New Jersey

Relocating can be a difficult thing to do.  I know, i have been through this process before and helped clients with their many relocation needs.  There are so many things to consider, What kind of town do I want to live in, what are the commuting options and times, what are the schools like, what is the downtown like, how affordable are the homes.  These are just some of the questions that might be coming to mind.

As a REALTOR making my home in the Convent Station section of Morris Township New Jersey I have a large amount of experence with the real estate markets of the Midtown Direct train line.  Many of the towns I am going to recommend have train stations on this line which make them ideal for commuting into Manhattan.

Morristown New Jersey

Morristown NJ is a town on the go.  For the past several years there has been so much real estate development going on in and around the Morristown downtown that it has literally changed the face of downtown Morristown.  Known for it's central green and walkable downtown, Morristown is worth your consideration. There are quite a number of condominium developments here in Morrsitown, including Morris Place Condominiums

Madison New Jersey

Madison NJ with its beautiful and very walkable downtown, is a great choice.  Known for great schools, it's charming 1950's style downtown architecture, tree lined streets, both affordable and luxury homes are availible in Madison.  Interested in Morristown Condominiums?

Chatham New Jersey

Chatham NJ is yet another town on the Midtown Direct train line along with Madison and Morristown.  Chatham is actually two towns, Chatham Boro, the city center around the Chatham train station & downtown, and Chatham Township, the more suburban areas to the south of the boro.  Chatham is known for great schools, easy commuting into NYC, both affordable and luxury homes, and a very proud community.

Summit New Jersey

Summit NJ is one of the most sought after towns to purchase real estate and own a home.  Located at the point where many of the Midtown Direct trains actually go directly to NYC Penn station Summit is located extremely conveniently.  With commute times as low as 37 minutes into the city many Summit NJ residents get the best of both world.  Summit is well know for excellent schools, a wonderful and vibrant downtown, many great restaurants, shops, some mid priced homes, many upper middle class homes, and many Luxury homes and estates.

Harding New Jersey

Harding NJ located just south of Madison NJ and Morris Township New Jersey, Harding NJ is a wonderful blend of the old country estates, new luxury condominiums, new and newer luxury homes, and a wooded natural feel throughout.  Harding school age children go to Madison NJ schools and residents have easy access to I287 as well as the Convent Station train station & Madison train station.

Short Hills / Millburn New Jersey

Millburn NJ located just to the North of Summit NJ and Chatham NJ, Millburn NJ is home to the famous Short Hills Mall, arguably the most upscale suburban mall in the country.  Millburn NJ, sometimes known as it's well known neighborhood of Short Hills is home too two of the Midtown Direct train stations.  Well known for it's vibrant downtown, great public schools, Many luxury and ultra luxury homes, if you want a recognizable address Millburn / Short Hills is a place to consider.

Morris Township New Jersey

Morris Township NJ is the donut around Morristown NJ.  With a population of about 20,000 Morris Township is much more spreed out and sparsely populated, especially in the western section.  Morris Township is home to the Convent Station Train Station as well as many great neighborhoods including Bradwahl, Cromwell Hills, Butterworth Farms, and Liberty Greens.
