Mainly the homes which are selling are those which are priced properly and in updated condition. The upper class and Morristown NJ Luxury homes segment of the market have been preforming the worst. New construction condominiums such at Vail Mansion, Vail Commons, and now 40 Park Condos have been doing quite well, in fact they have been selling at a good pace even during the credit crunch which is now coming to an end.
